Mr. Aguirre is a legal counsel for individuals and companies with more than 9 years of experience in the tax, civil and commercial law fields. His experience includes the drafting of injunction actions, appeal writings, proof analysis, administrative trials, allegations and tax revision compliance.

Prior to joining E&M Business Lawyers Mr. Aguirre worked for top ranked law firms in the tax, administrative, civil and commercial areas. In addition, he was in charge of tax consultancy and administrative litigation of several national and international companies, some of them part of the Fortune 500 list. His professional experience in the litigation area positions him as a senior advisor on the prevention of legal risks.

Mr. Aguirre got his Bachelor´s Degree from the Intercontinental University in Mexico City and has a Diploma in Administrative Procedural Law granted by the Mexican Bar of Lawyers. He has full domain of the Spanish and English languages.
